By accessing or using SkipDash.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
SkipDash provides a marketplace and directory connecting construction buyers with suppliers of materials such as aggregate, asphalt, and ready-mix concrete. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. Accounts & Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
4. Facility Listings & Content
Companies are responsible for the accuracy of their facility listings, pricing, products, and contact details. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant SkipDash a license to display it within the Service. We may remove listings that are inaccurate, abusive, or violate these Terms.
5. Advertising
Advertising placements and featured listings are subject to availability and separate commercial terms. Advertisers are responsible for the legality and accuracy of their ad content.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping data, attempting to gain unauthorized access, submitting false information, or interfering with the operation of the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. SkipDash does not guarantee the accuracy of facility information, pricing, or availability, and is not a party to transactions between buyers and suppliers.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkipDash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
