Our Northwest Standard Sussex Plant is where we make Hot Mix Asphalt with the mix design to match your paving project. We make a Surface Mix Asphalt and Binder and variations of design for private and state projects meeting the needs of our customers in the suburbs of Milwaukee from our Sussex Wi Plant. Stark Pavement Corp operates four Asphalt Production facilities. Our Asphalt Drum Plants create your hot mix asphalt with crushed stone, natural and recycled aggregates and asphalt cement or hot liquid asphalt that is the glue that holds the stone together and that you call "Blacktop".
